Our process

Four steps, and you always know which one you are in.

  1. Consultation

We start on the phone, talking through your goals, your budget and what you want the space to do. We answer your questions, walk through what is possible, and book an on-site visit if that helps.

  2. Design

We work with your designer, our in-house team, or one of our design partners. You see initial concepts, give feedback, and review revisions until the design is ready to build.

  3. Construction

Our crew builds it. You get regular progress updates, milestone reports, and a prompt call about anything that comes up.

  4. Completion and follow-up

We walk the finished job with you against our standards and yours. You get maintenance guidance, and we stay available afterwards.
